RENTAL DURATION
The minimum rental period is 72 hours. For late returns, a fee equal to one-third of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. A full day's rate is charged for delays exceeding a total of 3 hours.
LONG-TERM RENTALS
The minimum period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special rates apply. You may contact us via our listed phone numbers for information regarding rental rates and conditions.
VEHICLE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
With Rentwecar’s 24-hour uninterrupted service, you can pick up your vehicle at any time or day you choose.
DRIVER'S LICENSE - AGE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of one year.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
The vehicle may be driven by someone other than the renter only if that person meets the age and license requirements and their valid ID and driver's license are registered in the rental agreement. If no such registration exists and an accident is caused by an unregistered driver, insurance coverage becomes void.
INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Rates include a daily mileage allowance of 200 km, vehicle maintenance costs, and comprehensive insurance (collision damage waiver). Fuel, bridge and highway tolls, traffic fines, one-way fees, delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests (such as baby seats), and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the rates.

Traffic laws in Turkey permit maximum speeds of 120 km/h on highways, 90 km/h on intercity roads, and 50 km/h within city limits. Please observe "No Parking" signs when parking. The renter is liable for any traffic fines and legal responsibilities arising from non-compliance with traffic laws or the renter's own actions. Traffic fines received by Altunel Car Rental after the vehicle has been returned will be charged to the renter, and the relevant amount will be collected via cash or credit card. Any time elapsed due to the vehicle being impounded or detained by official or local authorities—regardless of the reason—counts towards the rental contract period.
