The minimum rental period is 72 hours.

What are the driver's license and age requirements for renting a vehicle?

Renters must hold a valid driver's license for at least one year and be at least 21 years of age.

What are the insurance types and coverage details?

Insurance coverage becomes void if the required reports (traffic accident, theft, and alcohol test results) are not submitted, and/or if the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or if legal speed limits are exceeded. Damage resulting from broken windows, mirrors, or headlights, tire blowouts, or misuse of the vehicle is excluded from insurance coverage.

Can someone other than myself drive the rented vehicle?

Use of the Rentwecar vehicle by third parties other than the renter is permitted only if their driver's license and identification documents are registered on the rental agreement by a Rentwecar representative.

What additional services do you offer?

HGS (Highway Toll System) device: Fees are charged separately based on usage during the rental period.

Child seat: Can be provided for an additional fee if requested at the time of reservation.

Delivery and Drop-off: Vehicle delivery and/or drop-off at a requested location within the cities where Rentwecar stations are located is free of charge. For locations without Rentwecar stations, a fee of 0.30 Euro per kilometer is charged.

What are the payment methods?

Payments can be made in cash or via credit cards accepted by Antalya Rentwecar. Regardless of the selected payment method, the estimated rental cost will be collected upon vehicle delivery, and the final calculation will be made at the end of the rental period. In addition to the rental cost, a security deposit—in an amount varying according to the vehicle group—will be held as a pre-authorization on the credit card.
